BPC-157 is a 15-amino-acid synthetic peptide based on a sequence found in a gastric protein. This calculator is preset for our 5, 10 and 15 mg vials. Enter how much diluent you added and the amount you want to measure out, and it returns the concentration and the volume to transfer, clearly.

Example values only. Replace them with your own. 1 mg = 1,000 mcg.

Share of the vial volume used by one transfer.

The transfer volume is larger than the diluent in the vial. The vial does not hold enough material for this amount.

Worked example. A 10 mg BPC-157 vial with 2 mL of diluent holds 5 mg/mL, or 5,000 mcg/mL. To measure out 100 mcg: 100 mcg ÷ 5,000 mcg/mL = 0.02 mL, which is 20 µL. These are arithmetic examples, not suggested amounts.

BPC-157 by mass and by moles.

BPC-157 has a molecular weight of about 1,419.5 g/mol, so 1 mg holds roughly 704.5 nmol. For molar work, multiply any mg/mL figure above by 704.5 to get nmol/mL. Since 1 nmol/mL equals 1 µM, that figure is also the molar concentration in µM.

For laboratory research use only. This calculator performs unit and concentration arithmetic for laboratory work. It does not provide, and should not be used for, amounts for human or animal use. Always confirm calculations independently.

Questions.

How much bacteriostatic water do I add to a 10 mg BPC-157 vial?

There is no single right volume. With 2 mL, a 10 mg vial holds 5 mg/mL; with 3 mL it holds 3.3333 mg/mL. Choose the volume that gives transfer volumes you can measure accurately, and that the vial can hold.

How many mcg are in a 10 mg BPC-157 vial?

10,000 mcg. One milligram is 1,000 micrograms.

What is the molecular weight of BPC-157?

About 1,419.5 g/mol, so 1 mg of BPC-157 is roughly 704.5 nmol.

Does this calculator tell me how much BPC-157 to use?

No. It does unit and concentration arithmetic for laboratory work only. It does not suggest amounts or any form of human or animal use, and our BPC-157 is sold for laboratory research only.
