KLOW is an 80 mg blend of GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV. This calculator is preset for our 80 mg vial. Enter how much diluent you added and the amount you want to measure out, and it returns the concentration and the volume to transfer, clearly.
Example values only. Replace them with your own. 1 mg = 1,000 mcg.
Pick a round concentration and the calculator returns the diluent volume that gives it.
Share of the vial volume used by one transfer.
Sends this volume to the first tab so you can work out a transfer volume.
Mass per volume.
How much KLOW sits in common transfer volumes at the concentration above. The table updates as you type.
| Volume | Microlitres | Amount (mcg) | Amount (mg) |
|---|
KLOW concentration by vial and diluent.
The concentration you get from each of our KLOW vial sizes at common diluent volumes.
| Vial | 1 mL | 2 mL | 3 mL | 5 mL |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 80 mg | 80 mg/mL 80,000 mcg/mL | 40 mg/mL 40,000 mcg/mL | 26.6667 mg/mL 26,666.7 mcg/mL | 16 mg/mL 16,000 mcg/mL |
Worked example. An 80 mg KLOW vial with 2 mL of diluent holds 40 mg/mL, or 40,000 mcg/mL. To measure out 1 mg: 1 mg ÷ 40 mg/mL = 0.025 mL, which is 25 µL. These are arithmetic examples, not suggested amounts.
The GHK-Cu in this blend gives the solution a blue tint.
Working with a blend.
The calculator works on the total mass of the blend. To find one component, multiply by its share of the vial. For example, an 80 mg vial with 2 mL of diluent gives 40 mg/mL in total: GHK-Cu 25 mg/mL; BPC-157 5 mg/mL; TB-500 5 mg/mL; KPV 5 mg/mL.
| Component | GHK-Cu | BPC-157 | TB-500 | KPV |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Share | 62.5% | 12.5% | 12.5% | 12.5% |
| 80 mg vial | 50 mg | 10 mg | 10 mg | 10 mg |
For laboratory research use only. This calculator performs unit and concentration arithmetic for laboratory work. It does not provide, and should not be used for, amounts for human or animal use. Always confirm calculations independently.
Questions.
How much bacteriostatic water do I add to an 80 mg KLOW vial?
There is no single right volume. With 2 mL, an 80 mg vial holds 40 mg/mL; with 3 mL it holds 26.6667 mg/mL. Choose the volume that gives transfer volumes you can measure accurately, and that the vial can hold.
How many mcg are in an 80 mg KLOW vial?
80,000 mcg. One milligram is 1,000 micrograms.
What is in a KLOW vial?
By mass: GHK-Cu 62.5%, BPC-157 12.5%, TB-500 12.5%, KPV 12.5%.
Does this calculator tell me how much KLOW to use?
No. It does unit and concentration arithmetic for laboratory work only. It does not suggest amounts or any form of human or animal use, and our KLOW is sold for laboratory research only.
