Description
GLP-2 is the catalogue name used here for tirzepatide, an incretin-class research peptide that acts on two receptors, GIP and GLP-1. This listing is the 30 mg lyophilized vial. Available analytical documentation is listed in the COA library.

Storage: Keep sealed lyophilized material cold and protected from light. For long-term storage, keep at -20°C or below. After reconstitution, store at 2–8°C and avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
What GLP-2 is.
We name our incretin-class peptides by how many receptors they reach. GLP-1 acts on the GLP-1 receptor only. GLP-2 adds the GIP receptor. GLP-3 adds the glucagon receptor to both.
The 30 mg figure is the total amount of peptide in the vial. It is separate from the number of vials you order.

Choosing a strength.
GLP-2 also comes in 5 mg, 10 mg and 15 mg vials. A reconstituted solution has a limited working life, even refrigerated, so it helps to choose the size a study will use soon after mixing.

Documentation.
Available analytical documentation is organized by compound, strength and format in the COA library. Do not treat a report as lot-specific unless a documented lot match is shown.
Handling.
Until it is opened, store the vial cold and dry, shielded from light. Most labs mix it with bacteriostatic water and refrigerate the solution once it has been reconstituted.
Questions.
What does GLP-2 mean?
It is a catalogue name. The number counts the receptors the peptide acts on: two, GIP and GLP-1.
How does GLP-2 differ from GLP-3?
GLP-3 acts on GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors. GLP-2 acts on two receptors, GIP and GLP-1.
Is GLP-2 approved for human use?
No. It is sold for laboratory research only.
